Phil is a Certified Home Inspector in both Virginia and West Virginia. Phil has over three years of experience, and has performed over 500 inspections.  He previously worked in Raleigh, NC with former business partner/mentor Mr. Jim Anna- President of Tri-Mark Home Inspections. Mr. Anna is a fifteen year veteran of the home inspection business. Using the techniques/methods learned from Mr. Anna,  Phil provides a detailed, easy to read report for clients.

Phil is a native of Stephens City, VA. He graduated from James Wood High School in Winchester, VA and received his B.S. from James Madison University.  

  Phil's previous background includes: residential remodeling/renovation work, construction work/testing and fire sprinkler system installation.
